The Kids Soup Kitchen was set up by a German association and has been supported from the Harz region since 2018. There are several local volunteers who make sure that children from the neighborhood receive a warm meal every Sunday. The new first-grade class of the Happy School in Rwanda is starting school. A wonderful project by KJHR from Düsseldorf. Lena is back in Namibia and visits the Omuhoro School. For the graduating class of the primary school she has a backpack for each child. For many of the children that is their first possession ever. The plan is to put only the school supplies in, but a few favorite things will probably be packed…
Today the dentist is here, thanks to Annabel on the way and her great collaborators. For all the kids at the New Kopila Home there is a dental examination, and if needed, treatment on site. Thank you for that!
