Lena is back in Namibia and visits the Omuhoro School. For the graduating class of the primary school she has a backpack for each child. For many of the children that is their first possession ever. The plan is to put only the school supplies in, but a few favorite things will probably be packed as well. The children have long walks to school. In the mornings classes actually start early, but the families first take care of the goats – the children have to help. Only after that do they go to school. Some children, after fourth grade, will not return to school but stay on their small farms and help out there.
