The young woman at Bena’s side is now 19 years old and starting her studies at university. And gets a Kenyan laptop and a Tatonke bag to start with. As a half-orphan, she has been cared for by Bena and the NGO Utunzi Kwa Watoto since she was 3 years old.
\nAnd now she is a young woman who has every opportunity to shape her future and perhaps be a role model for many young girls in Kenya whose start was not easy at all. We believe education is everything and we are grateful for people like Bena who accompany these kids on the ground. KENIAL helps with laptops, shoes, school bags, clothes – and we always need travellers to Kenya and other countries to hand over our Kenyan items personally and directly on site. <\/p>\n
