Tim Howell<\/a>, and Ewa Kalisiewicz visit the NGO Wadadee<\/a> in Katatura. The association oversees several projects with children and young people. They bring small backpacks for the kids and fabrics.

\nOmuhoro<\/strong>
Lena is back in Namibia and visits the Omuhoro School. 90 kids are visiting to the small school. For the graduating class of the primary school she has a backpack for each child. more…<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

And then there are the boys Riverheights Football Academy<\/a>, who we will bring jerseys, shorts and sockets. Currently, 50 boys aged 7-17 play soccer here, girls teams are to follow.

\nKaokoveld<\/strong>
Lena is a teacher at Omuhonga Combined School, far in the north-west of Namibia. 400 schoolchildren, all of them stay at the school for the whole school year, just like all the teachers. The nearest town is 120km away. The children need clothes, sandals would be nice.

\nThe Kindergarden of the Ludmary Foundation lin the north of Namibia. The children are from two months ofa age up to 6 yeras, joining day care and kindergarden.

\nKatutura<\/strong>
Another project in Windhoek is the Kinderbewaarhuis in Katutura. It is a children’s home for children and young adults. Here, and on an associated farm, live about 50 children. They can go to school and some have already graduated. The youngest is just two years old.

\nKatutura Kids Soupkitchen<\/strong>
Since 2023, we have been supporting the Kids Soup Kitchen in Katutura. This project, established by a German association, provides the youngest children with a warm meal once a week.
