The climate is soil and harsh in an high altitude &#8211; the kids need warm jackets, bags or backpacks for their schoolstuff.<\/p>\n<p>Sebastian Bestle from Vienna will visit these children on his way through the High Atlas. He will run the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.transatlasmarathon.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">TransAtlas Marathon<\/a>. This is a trail race of about 280 km in 6 stages of 30 to 60 km per day (with about 12,000 +\/- meters). The race&#8217;s 177 miles wind through Morocco&#8217;s Atlas Mountains and include almost 50,000 feet of elevation change. The allure of the race isn&#8217;t just its stunning location. It&#8217;s the fact that the Trans Atlas Marathon exists solely because of Moroccan ultrarunner Mohamad Ahansal\u2019s desire to share the local population\u2019s Berber culture with other runners. But Sebastian knows Morokko very well, with his own agency, you can discover Morocco more laid back.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"oneThird\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2424 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kenial.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/morok_kids.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"140\" \/><br \/>\nKids. 50 children between\u00a06 and 12 years are going to school there. The climate is rough in the high altitude.
